Nevada Route Exchange Points

Meet the runners, hear the message, and pass it on.

Every 10 miles of our 24,462 km journey, both the baton and our vital message about drinking water will be passed on. At these exchange points, the Blue Planet Run crew will be set up to answer questions, explain the water issue and encourage the public to become messangers. These exchange points are the best place to interact with the Blue Planet Run runners. Please search the list for the location nearest you.

If you want to join in the excitement or show support by running along with us, please keep in mind safety and security are our utmost concerns for this 15,200 mile journey. Frankly, we need messengers more than runners. But if you can't stand still knowing about the water issue, please try to find a safe locations free from traffic.

8/8/07 4:30   dirt cut out on right side of road at the entrance to Nevada Dept of Wildlife on right at corner of Waterfowl Rd - across the street from industrial facility and RR tracks
8/8/07 6:00 Moapa Valley dirt turn off on right in front of "Thanks for visiting Moapa Valley" large sign on right
8/8/07 7:30   gravel cut our on right at bottom of Exit Ramp next to stop sign and Mesquite/Las Vegas city mileage sign
8/8/07 9:00   huge gravel area on the right in front of "No Littering Sign"
8/8/07 10:30 Mesquite dirt cut off at bottom of hill on the right immediately after a small black and yellow striped post
8/8/07 13:30   dirt turn off on left just before short narrow bridge
8/8/07 15:00   huge dirt and gravel turn off on right
